Podcast: Curriculum

Curriculum is the backbone of California community college real estate classes, but it may be mysterious for faculty. What do you need to know about the process and documents of your curriculum?

In this CCCREEC podcast, we try to answer your questions through a conversation with Saddleback College real estate faculty Martin Welc and Brock Schermerhorn and Rick Boone, real estate faculty and curriculum chair at Irvine Valley College.

The conversation includes a description of common curriculum issues related to developing and changing instructional materials, textbooks, and new courses.

Outcomes: From listening to this podcast, instructors will gain some insights on the issues related to curriculum for real estate courses.

You’ll want to listen if you are a full-time or part-time professor in real estate, or you are a real estate professional wanting more insight on the instructional development process or curriculum.
