In this CCCREEC webinar, you’ll hear from real estate faculty member at Mt. SAC college, Edwin Estes Jr., Esq. Professor Estes shares information about recent cases, regulations, and proposals that affect the real estate industry, focusing on issues that are of vital importance for your students in an ever-changing real estate profession.

The webinar features Edwin Estes, who received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law; he was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. A real estate licensee since 1976; Ed received his California Broker’s license in 1984. Ed has taught for Palomar College, MiraCosta College and the CAR Graduate REALTORS® Institute program. He has achieved the following real estate designations: ABR, ABRM, CCIM, CRB, e-PRO, GRI, and SRES. Ed is a full-time, tenured professor and has served as the Real Estate Program Coordinator for Mt. San Antonio College since 2008. He is a co-author of the college textbook: California Real Estate Principles (OnCourse Learning) and remains active in the real estate community.
