The 2019-2020 Application and Eligibility Requirements for the Foundation for California Community Colleges Real Estate Endowment Scholarship are now available.
We are delighted to announce that the individual scholarship awards for real estate have been increased to $600 per semester/ up to $1200 per year for qualified students.
Supporting students seeking real estate scholarship funds can help you promote your program to interested students and encourage equitable student success for students who face financial barriers to completing real estate certificates, degrees, and career preparation.
Students are given the funds directly, similar to other financial aid programs and scholarships, and can use the award for any expenses related to success in their real estate education: student fees, tuition, textbooks, transportation costs, childcare expenses, real estate license exam prep materials, real estate license examination fees, etc.
We make it easy for you to support your students in completing the real estate scholarship application, and even provide a Letter of Recommendation Template for you to use.
The real estate endowment scholarship funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the yearly available funds are awarded, so make sure your students know how to check their eligibility, enroll in the courses that would make them eligible, and complete the application with your college’s Financial Aid office.
We encourage all real estate faculty to take time to assist your through the application process, but you can also refer students directly to CCCREEC.
